I recently purchased a dress from Leona at the changing room, the dress is beautiful and the service i received was fantastic!!! will definatly use the changing room again. Leona was very helpfull as i had ordered the wrong size dress she took it back and managed to get me one in another size!! fantastic x

  I had been looking for a dress for an up and coming wedding but had had no luck finding anything in Newcastle. I googled dress shops in Carlisle and went along to The Changing Room. Leona found the perfect dress almost immediately, I also ordered a matching bolero. I felt like a million dollars on the day and got loads of compliments, thanks for your help Leona!

  I have just purchased a dress and bolero from Leona. Customer service is excellent and delivery charge to Northern Ireland was very reasonable. Leona was extremely helpful, especially as I was ordering over the phone for a special occasion, would definitely recommend this shop and I'll definitely be re-visiting this site.   I have just discovered this gem of a shop. I'd been told about it so had a look in. I found a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes in the dress agency which I swiftly purchased then went upstairs and fell in love with a Charas dress that was covered in sequins so I ended up buying that also! The staff were freindly and very helpful. I will be telling all my friends here in Kendal all about The Changing Room and will definitely be back in on my next visit. Thank you

  My best friend's 21st was at the end of last month and she was looking for dress for the occasion. She looked everywhere for one from Glasgow to Newcastle but ended up finding a dress locally in Carlisle. She looked gorgeous in one of the Kate Fearnley dresses and was definetely the belle of the ball. However when looking through all the dresses at the shop i couldnt help but try one on my myself and fell in love with it. So cheekily ended up purchasing one myself.
